Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Standora app (“Standora”) provided by Nebexa Limited (“Nebexa”, “we”). By using Standora you agree to them. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Wellness, not medical advice

Standora estimates body alignment from photos for general wellness and awareness. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Results can be affected by camera position, lighting and clothing. Stop and consult a professional if you feel pain.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your Apple Account or email secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Standora Pro subscriptions

Standora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
Free trials and introductory or promotional prices apply as shown by the App Store at purchase. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Rewards and offers

Standora may offer rewards, such as a one-time reward wheel or special subscription offers. No purchase is necessary to receive or spin a reward; outcomes and their probabilities are shown in the app, each reward can be used once, may expire, and every paid offer is processed by Apple subject to its eligibility rules. Rewards have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Standora, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it other than through the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to process images of people without their permission.

6. Intellectual property

Standora and its content are owned by Nebexa and its licensors. You keep all rights to your photos, which stay on your device.

7. Liability

Standora is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Nebexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Standora in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and termination

We may update Standora and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Bu koşullar, Nebexa Limited (“Nebexa”, “biz”) tarafından sunulan Standora uygulamasının (“Standora”) kullanımını düzenler. Standora'yı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kullanımınız ayrıca Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir.

1. Tıbbi tavsiye değil, sağlıklı yaşam aracı

Standora, genel sağlıklı yaşam ve farkındalık amacıyla fotoğraflardan vücut hizalamasını tahmin eder. Tıbbi bir cihaz değildir; herhangi bir rahatsızlığı teşhis etmez, tedavi etmez veya önlemez ve profesyonel tavsiyenin yerini tutmaz. Sonuçlar kamera konumu, ışık ve kıyafetten etkilenebilir. Ağrı hissederseniz durun ve bir uzmana danışın.

2. Hesaplar

Hesap oluşturmak isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap oluşturursanız Apple Hesabınıza veya e-postanıza erişimi güvende tutun. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.

3. Standora Pro abonelikleri

Standora Pro, Apple üzerinden satılan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe her dönemin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Apple Hesabı ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz denemeler ve tanıtım ya da promosyon fiyatları, satın alma sırasında App Store'da gösterildiği şekilde geçerlidir. Geçerli olduğu durumlarda, abonelik satın aldığınızda ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
İadeler Apple tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür.

4. Ödüller ve teklifler

Standora, tek seferlik ödül çarkı veya özel abonelik teklifleri gibi ödüller sunabilir. Ödül almak veya çarkı çevirmek için satın alma gerekmez; sonuçlar ve olasılıkları uygulamada gösterilir, her ödül bir kez kullanılabilir ve süresi dolabilir; ücretli tüm teklifler Apple tarafından, Apple'ın uygunluk kurallarına tabi olarak işlenir. Ödüllerin nakit değeri yoktur; değiştirilebilir veya geri çekilebilir.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Standora'yı kötüye kullanmayın, işleyişine müdahale etmeyin, uygulama dışında bir yolla erişmeye çalışmayın, yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmayın ve izinleri olmadan başkalarının görüntülerini işlemek için kullanmayın.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Standora ve içeriği Nebexa'ya ve lisans verenlerine aittir. Cihazınızda kalan fotoğraflarınız üzerindeki tüm haklar size aittir.

7. Sorumluluk

Standora “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Nebexa dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde Standora için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu veya yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

8. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Standora'yı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
